Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using pk lal's website, mobile app, or any of our services. By registering or using any pk lal service, you are deemed to have accepted all of these terms.

These Terms & Conditions have been drawn up in accordance with applicable laws in Bangladesh and international gaming regulations. pk lal reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and any changes will be communicated on the website.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, please refrain from using pk lal's services and contact our support team.

When registering with pk lal, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Use of a false name, address, mobile number, or National ID details will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. Multiple accounts from the same person, household, or IP address are not permitted. If pk lal identifies duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to close all associated accounts and cancel all bonuses.

After registration, pk lal may request a copy of your National ID or passport for KYC verification. Large withdrawals may be held until this process is completed.

• It is your responsibility to ensure the information provided at registration is accurate and up to date.
• Always keep your password confidential and never share it with anyone.
• Renting or selling your account is strictly prohibited.
• If you need to update your details, please contact support directly.

To play at pk lal, you must be at least 18 years Users must meet the minimum age requirement. Minors are not permitted to use pk lal's services under any circumstances, and we make no exceptions on this.

A National ID or birth registration certificate may be requested during registration for age verification. If a user is found to be underage, their account will be closed immediately — deposited funds will be returned, but bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

The following payment methods are available for deposits at pk lal: Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, Dutch-Bangla Mobile Banking, and debit & credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200।

Deposits are usually instant, though in some cases banking delays may add 5–15 minutes. If your deposit doesn't arrive, contact support with your transaction ID.

• Only use payment accounts registered in your own name.
• Deposits made from another person's account may not be processed.
• There are no hidden charges on deposits. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own fees.
• The maximum daily deposit limit is determined by the member's account level.

The minimum amount required to withdraw from pk lal ৳500. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, if KYC verification is incomplete or the withdrawal amount exceeds ৳1 lakh, processing may take up to 24 hours.

• Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once submitted.
• Withdrawal directly from bonus balance is not permitted; wagering requirements must be met first.
• If fraud is suspected, pk lal reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and conduct an investigation.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳5 lakh (separate limits apply for VIP members).

Pk lal regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which must be read before claiming.

Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses require a specified number of wagers to be placed before withdrawal (typically 30x the bonus amount). The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until this requirement is met.

• Each promotional offer is valid for a limited time only.
• Each bonus offer may only be used once per member.
• Not all games may be available for play with bonus funds; the eligible games list is specified in each offer's details.
• Pk lal reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Misusing bonuses through multiple accounts will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and permanent account closure.

The following general rules apply to all betting on pk lal. Additional rules may apply for specific sports or games.

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, pk lal reserves the right to void the bet and refund the original stake.

• Minimum Bet: ৳10
• Maximum Bet: Determined by account level.
• Pk lal is not liable for disconnections during live betting.
• Accounts may be placed under review if unusual betting patterns are detected.
• In the event of any dispute over results, pk lal's decision is final.

Pk lal places the highest priority on protecting members' data and funds, using the latest SSL/TLS encryption and two-factor authentication.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk lal. Any account found engaging in them will be terminated:

• Depositing using stolen cards or accounts.
• Money laundering or suspicious transactions.
• Betting using bots or automated software.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another member's account.

Pk lal believes betting is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We encourage all members to play responsibly.

The following features are available to pk lal members:

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Limit: Set a limit on how long you play in a single session.
• Loss Limit: If losses exceed a set limit, your account will be automatically paused.
• Self-Exclusion: You can temporarily or permanently close your own account at any time.

Pk lal reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false or fabricated information.
• Fraud or illegal activity.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse.
• Misconduct toward other members or staff.

If an account is closed and no violation is found, the remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded. Members may also request to close their account at any time.

Pk lal is not liable for the following:

• Losses incurred during live betting due to internet connectivity issues.
• Transaction delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Account compromise resulting from a member's own negligence or use of an insecure device.
• Temporary service interruptions due to technical or server issues.

Pk lal strives to maintain maximum uptime at all times. Scheduled maintenance or updates may cause brief interruptions, and advance notice will be posted on the website.
